Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery system.

1.2 All control systems of the test object shall be in the operating state during the test.

1.3 Short-circuit the terminals of the test object for 10 minutes.

1.4 The short-circuit resistance shall not be greater than 20 mΩ, which shall be jointly agreed upon by both parties. Observe for 2 hours.

1.5 Requirements: The protection device shall function properly, and there should be no phenomena such as leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion in the battery system. The insulation resistance value after the test shall not be less than 100 Ω/V.
