Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.

1.2 Apply pressure according to the following conditions.
1.2.1 Squeezing plate form: A semi-cylindrical plate with a radius of 75mm. The length of the semi-cylinder is greater than the height of the test object, but does not exceed 1m. (It should be noted that you may have a typing error here, "but not exceed 1mm" is not reasonable, I assume you mean 1m. If it is not the case, please correct it.)
1.2.2 Squeezing direction: The X and Y directions (The vehicle driving direction is the X-axis, and the other horizontal direction perpendicular to the driving direction is the Y-axis).
1.2.3 Squeezing degree: Stop squeezing when the squeezing force reaches 200kN or the squeezing deformation amount reaches 30% of the overall size in the squeezing direction.
1.2.4 Maintain for 10 minutes and observe for 1 hour.

1.3 Requirements: There should be no phenomena such as fire and explosion in the battery pack or system.

Control method Device host and remote PC control, device body and console. Separate, can be controlled remotely, and the operator should stay away from the test area. The longest long-distance distance can reach 50 meters, and the standard line length is 10m. It can effectively protect the safety of testers.
