Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.

1.2 Conduct four experimental cycles with reference to the severity level (5) of GB/T2423.18.

1.3 The salt solution is prepared with sodium oxide (chemically pure, analytically pure) and distilled water or deionized water. Its concentration is (5 ± 0.1)% (mass fraction). Measure the pH value at (20 ± 2) °C, and the pH value should be between 6.5 and 7.2.

1.4 Put the test object into a salt fog chamber. Spray salt fog at a temperature between 5 °C and 35 °C for 2 hours. After the spraying is completed, transfer the test object to a damp heat chamber and store it for 20 to 22 hours at a temperature of (40 ± 2) °C and a relative humidity of (93 ± 3)%, which constitutes one cycle. Repeat this cycle three times, and then store the test object for 3 days under the standard atmospheric test conditions (temperature: 23 °C ± 2 °C, relative humidity: 45% to 55%), which constitutes one period. Repeat the test for four periods.

1.5 Requirements: There should be no leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion in the battery pack or system.

Control method Device host and remote PC control, device body and console. Separate, can be controlled remotely, and the operator should stay away from the test area. The longest long-distance distance can reach 50 meters, and the standard line length is 10m. It can effectively protect the safety of testers.
