Product Description

1. Temperature Shock
1.1 The test objects are battery packs and systems.
1.2 The test objects are placed in an alternating temperature environment ranging from (-40 ± 2) °C to (85 ± 2) °C, and the transition time between the two extreme temperatures is within 30 minutes. The test objects are kept in each extreme temperature environment for 8 hours, with 5 cycles. Observe for 2 hours at room temperature.
1.3 Requirements: There should be no leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion in the battery pack or system. The insulation resistance value after the test should not be less than 100 Ω/V. Damp Heat Cycle

2.1 The test objects are battery packs and systems.
2.2 Conduct the test Dd with reference to GB/T2423. The maximum temperature is +80 °C, and the number of cycles is 5 times. Observe for 2 hours at room temperature.

2. Water-cooled type (water temperature: 10-28°C, water pressure: 0.1-0.3 MPa, to ensure the cooling performance).
3. The damp heat function can be added.
4. A dry air purge system is optional.
5. The liquid nitrogen function (30°C/minute) is optional.
6. The above load is the standard load, and it can be designed according to the customer's requirements.
