Hot air drying oven can provide a stable test space for pre-heating, drying, changes about physics and chemistry testing.It controls the temperature through the connection of digital display instrument and temperature sensor, and adopts the method of hot air circulating air supply. The shell is welded with high quality steel plate and the surface is treated by baking varnish. The inner chamber is made of mirror stainless steel #304.

For mechnical cooling design, the lowest temperature for single compressor  is aournd -40℃, when it comes to  extremely low temperature such as -55℃, -60℃,-70℃ ultra low temperature test chamber, fast temperature change rate chambers (15℃/min). Mentek will use Cascade Compressor Coolign System,Environment Friendly Refrigerant R404A for the First Stage and R23 for the Second Stage. Low temperature available: A: -20℃, B: -40℃, C: -70℃ , D: -86℃.E:-180℃( liquid nitrogen refrigeration or Cascade Compressor Coolign System ).
